Marshall,
Crane & McAloon, P.C. is dedicated to providing exceptional
service to our clients. Our firm has been in existence for
over 30 years and we purposely limit our practice areas
so that we can provide sophisticated advice to our clients.
We maintain offices in Burlington, Lancaster, Leominster and Quincy
to make it more convenient for you to meet with us. Our

MARSHALL, B.S. CLU, J.D., LL.M. (Taxation)
The managing partner of the firm, Mr. Marshall has extensive
experience in estate planning, probate administration,
real estate, business law and employee benefits. A graduate
of Suffolk University School of Law and Boston University
School of Law, Mr. Marshall founded the firm in 1977.

L. CRANE, A.B., J.D., LL.M
(Taxation)
Sanford L. Crane joined the firm in 1987 and supervises
the estate planning and administration departments.
A graduate of Bowdoin College and Boston University
School of Law, Mr. Crane utilizes his extensive drafting
skills in preparing many of the more sophisticated estate
plans and business arrangements required by the firm's
clients.

TIMOTHY
P. McALOON, B.A., J.D.
A magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University
and the University of San Francisco School of Law, Mr.
McAloon has considerable expertise in handling the legal
issues which confront closely-held business owners.
Mr. McAloon also is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has extensive experience in the areas
of elder law, estate planning and real estate.

ROBYN
S. GRANT, B.A., J.D.
A magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University and a
cum laude graduate of Boston College Law School, Ms.
Grant joined the firm in 1997 and has acquired extensive
experience in the areas of estate planning and probate
and trust administration.

JANIE LANZA VOWLES, B.S., J.D.
(Of Counsel)
A magna cum laude graduate of Bentley College and a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law, Ms. Vowles concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and civil litigation. She has extensive experience with divorce, paternity, custody, support and fiduciary matters, as well as general litigation involving contract, employment and other business disputes. Ms. Vowles was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1997. |
