of the office or not working that day, someone will let
you know when the attorney will be able to call you or have
another attorney assist you.
- Respond
to any written communication from you promptly.
- Handle
matters relating to your case in a timely and professional
manner.
- Keep
you informed on a regular basis about what is happening
with your case.
- Discuss
fees with you prior to any service being performed.
Where appropriate,
we will give you a written estimate of our fee, inform you
of billing arrangements and bill you in accordance with
those arrangements.
If
we fail to provide the promised service, notify
us and we will resolve the problem and give you an appropriate
credit on your bill.
