As a trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, Janie specializes in helping individuals and small business owners navigate family and employment-related legal disputes. A primary goal for Janie is to help her clients make informed and confident decisions in the most cost effective fashion.
Janie started her own practice in 2007 in Leominster, Massachusetts, and she became Of-Counsel to Marshall, Crane & McAloon shortly thereafter. She provides our clients with litigation counsel relating to family matters, such as divorce, custody, support and guardianship; business conflicts, including wrongful termination and employment issues; and will and trust disputes.
Janie is a magna cum laude graduate of Bentley College, and a cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Boston University Law Review. Janie is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the New Hampshire Bar.
Janie resides with her husband, Ed, and their two sons in Leominster, Massachusetts, where she has lived for most of her life.
